Salad with feta cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers

Today I suggest you prepare a delicious and simple, and most importantly, healthy salad with feta cheese. Its base will, of course, be cheese - it makes the recipe special. Therefore, such a salad can be easily served on a festive table.

We choose feta cheese from your favorite manufacturer; in my recipe, slightly salty is used. On sale you can find such cheese with herbs and spices. The choice is yours.

Among other things, the combination of tomato, cucumber and onion is in perfect harmony here. It is best to use a little oil and lemon juice for dressing. Top this delicious mix with sesame seeds.

Ingredients:

Bryndza - 150 g

Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

Fresh cucumbers - 1 pc.

Red onion - 0.5 pcs.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Quail eggs - 4 pcs.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare all ingredients. Boil the quail eggs in salted water in advance, then transfer to cold water - leave for 10 minutes.

Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut out the place where the stalk grows. Then cut them into small slices, put them on a plate, in which the salad will be served to the table.

Wash and dry fresh cucumber, cut off the ends on both sides. Cut it into bars. Add the cucumber slices to the tomatoes.

Next, you need to peel the red onion, half will be enough. Cut into half rings and place on top of the vegetables. Marinate the onion as desired.

Gently chop the cheese and transfer to the rest of the ingredients.

Add quail eggs, peeled and cut in half. Pour the oil and lemon juice over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with black and / or white sesame seeds if desired.

You can serve salad with feta cheese on the table with any dishes and side dishes.
