Right now some boom in losing weight on low-fat dairy products. And it is justified, our craving for everything skim.

Low-fat foods have a low caloric content, because they contain a minimum of fat. But useful if low-fat dairy products?

Before you buy fat-free product, you should read carefully the composition.

Many manufacturers strive to improve the taste of low-fat products, as if from a dairy product to separate out all the fat, it will be a little unpleasant edible product consistency. And to make low-fat products and delicious with a nice structure, manufacturers are abusing special additives. And such additives are the starch and sugar.

And we all know that the starch and sugar - our enemies on the way to the ideal weight! And of course, all the benefits of low-fat products with such additives tend to zero, making it much more nutritious and is not useful.

And it turns out that fat (which is also necessary for our body) is replaced by harmful sugar! But sugar does us no friend!
