Pork shashlik in the oven, cooked on skewers, is an incredibly tasty, beautiful, hearty and nutritious dish that you can easily offer to your guests and family.
Choose fresh, chilled, not frozen meat! Pork should be marinated first, of course, the longer it is marinated, the tastier the result will be. You can take your favorite spices, a little oil and lemon juice as a basis for the marinade. You can add onions, different sauces on your own. For softness, you can pour in a little soda water or sour juice - tomato, for example. It is better to bake a shish kebab with convection.

Ingredients:
Pork - 400 g
Cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs.
Champignons - 6 pcs.
Barbecue spices - 1-2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Prepare all products according to the list. Choose meat with a little fat.
Rinse pork, dry with paper towels. Cut into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Pour a special set of barbecue spices directly to the meat. Add salt and pepper, oil and lemon juice.
Stir meat with spices and leave alone for an hour. During this time, the pork will marinate well.
After a while, warm up the oven to 180-190 degrees, turn on the convection.
On wooden skewers, string meat, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms alternately. Transfer the blanks to a baking sheet. Bake the pork kebab for 25-30 minutes, periodically turning the skewers so that the meat is evenly browned on all sides.
