🖐Today I want to share one wonderful recipe that I found on YouTube, but I changed it in my own way (slightly changed the composition of the sauce) and it turned out sooooo tasty. Recommend! 😉

So, first you need to prepare the minced meat, you can take absolutely any, I have a platter. I add a lot of finely chopped onions to the minced meat, one very large onion for 600 grams of meat.

In the minced meat with onions, I also send hops-suneli spices and freshly ground pepper, mix well and wrinkle with my hands so that the onions begin to release juice.

Next, I send very small pasta into boiling water and cook it after boiling for exactly 3 minutes and put it on a sieve.

I add pasta to minced meat and mix well.

I form the meatballs and put them in a baking dish. My shape is not the most suitable size, I need the meatballs to lie closer to each other, then the sauce will cover them almost completely.

Now the sauce. In the original version, finely chopped champignons are placed on top of the meatballs, I decided to replace them with tomatoes (I was too lazy to go to the store). I chopped the tomatoes finely and put them in a mold, salted and poured cream on top. If the tomatoes are not sour, then you can use 2-3 pieces, and not one, like me.

Now the form with meatballs needs to be sent to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

5 minutes before cooking, I sprinkle with grated cheese and send it back to the oven.

It turns out very tasty, juicy meatballs with a side dish inside, and the sauce is simply incredible.

Ingredients:
Minced meat 600 grams
Onion 1 piece large
Tomatoes 1-2 pcs
Small pasta 100 grams
Cheese 150 grams
Cream 150-200 ml
