A few days ago I called a friend with a request to tell her breakfast recipe. Everyone in her family love eggs, but the eggs soon from "carry" will begin.
I remembered the simple but delicious recipe for an omelette with zucchini. Especially because now is the time squash, zucchini, and other vegetables.

Into 2 portions:
- 100 grams of the grated cheese;
- 1-2 eggs;
- 1 small zucchini or half large.
Cooking omelette with zucchini and cheese:

In a salad bowl, mix 1-2 eggs with cheese and zucchini, salt and pour the contents into a pan.
