Skazka salad is a worthy dish for a festive table. Its main components are always meat and mushrooms, the rest of the components can be changed according to the chosen recipe. There are a lot of cooking options themselves, as well as salad designs.

We take chicken as meat, mushrooms - champignons. We supplement these ingredients with eggs, cheese and walnuts, which will make the dish more spicy and interesting. We form the salad in layers in a certain sequence to achieve the right taste. It turns out to be very beautiful, it will easily decorate any festive dinner.

Ingredients:

Chicken brisket - 200 gr.

Champignons - 200 gr.

Onions - 1 pc.

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Hard cheese - 100 gr.

Walnuts - 50 gr.

Mayonnaise - 180 ml.

Garlic - 1 clove

Salt to taste

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

How to cook:

Prepare the food you need.

Remove the top layer from the onion, cut it into small squares. Place immediately in a preheated oil skillet. Cook for a few minutes.

Wash the champignons well, chop in medium segments, throw over the onion.

Fry for 5 minutes until the liquid has completely evaporated. Sprinkle the mixture with salt in the process.

Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender. The cooking time after the liquid has boiled is 15 minutes. Do not cook longer, otherwise the meat will become tough.

Cool the breast completely, cut into small cubes.

Boil eggs hard-boiled in advance, cool, scrape off the top layer. Then grate them on a coarse grater.

Grind hard cheese with a grater too.

Prepare the sauce separately by mixing mayonnaise with minced garlic. Grind the nuts into medium-sized pieces, dry them a little in a dry frying pan.

After preparing all the components of the salad, you can start forming it. To do this, place a forming ring in the middle of the flat plate. Lubricate the bottom with mayonnaise, put the ingredients on top in the following sequence - chicken, eggs, mushrooms with onions, cheese, nuts (bottom-up). Grease each layer, except for the last, with sauce.

Give the Skazka salad 30-60 minutes to soak and cool. To do this, place it in the refrigerator.

Garnish with fresh herbs and a tomato slice before serving the salad.
