For a lean diet, I propose a simple recipe for delicious meatless cutlets. Despite the fact that there is no minced meat in the composition, they cannot be classified as low-calorie. White rice gives the taste, satiety, and solidity necessary for a full-fledged dish. In addition, it serves as a connecting material and simplifies the formation of products.

Ingredients:

Beets - 1 pc.

Onions - 1 pc.

Rice - 100 g

Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

For meatless cutlets, take the foods listed. If you boil beets and rice in advance, then the time for molding and frying will take a minimum. By the way, you can bakethen the lean patties will get even more flavor.

Boil rice in salted boiling water until tender. You can even digest or use leftover side dishes. Rice gruel is also suitable for disposal. We need a viscosity for making beet cutlets without meat. Cool the boiled rice.

Now we combine all the main components: peeled and chopped boiled / baked beets, raw onions, cold rice.

The mixture remains delicate and "mobile", as it contains no flour, starch and other dry thickeners. Gently place about two tablespoons of lean minced meat on a plate of breadcrumbs and form round blanks. Sprinkle with breading on all sides.

We fry the beet-rice cutlets in the usual way - in a pan with hot refined vegetable oil, on both sides. Enough for a couple of minutes at high heat. You can also bake in the oven or grill.
