Beets - 1 pc.

Onions - 1 pc.

Rice - 100 g

Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

For meatless cutlets, take the foods listed. If you boil beets and rice in advance, then the time for molding and frying will take a minimum. By the way, you can bakethen the lean patties will get even more flavor.
