Ingredients:
Black bread - 4 slices
Cheese - 100 g
Eggplant - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Red onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Dry garlic - 0.5 tsp
Greens - 2 branches
Salt, pepper - to taste
Corn oil - 1 tablespoon
Description:
Prepare all foods. Immediately ignite the oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees.
Put the cut eggplant on the wire rack, send the pepper there. Bake vegetables for 25 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, carefully remove them from the oven.
Remove the skin from the peppers and eggplant. Finely chop the baked pulp, put in a bowl. Chop some sweet red onions there.
Rinse the greens, chop finely, add to the eggplants. Rinse the tomatoes, dry, chop finely and add to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Season everything with a spoonful of corn oil, add salt, pepper, garlic. Stir and remove the sample, adjust the taste.
Preheat the grill pan. Dry the slices of bread on it.
Cut the cheese into plates. Place cheese on each piece of bread.
Spread the cooked mass of vegetables on top of the cheese.
