Croissants are a fairly popular pastry. They can be found in almost every grocery store or pastry shop. However, it is very easy to cook them yourself at home, for this it is not at all necessary to knead the dough in advance.
Today we are preparing croissants from ready-made purchased dough. Puff yeast is used. We use a chocolate bar as a filling.
Puff pastry croissants using this cooking technology are created very quickly and easily, as a result, they are even tastier than store options.

Ingredients:
Puff yeast dough - 400 gr.
Chocolate bar - 200 gr.
Milk - 10 ml.
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Flour - 1 tbsp.
How to cook:
Prepare food. Remove the finished puff pastry from the freezer in advance so that it melts and becomes soft.
Sprinkle the work table with flour. Spread out the dough sheet. Sprinkle flour on top as well. Roll out as thin as possible without damaging the integrity of the dough. You should have a rectangular sheet.
Cut the dough into large, equal triangles as shown in the photo.
Break a bar of chocolate into equal squares. Place 1 slice on the wide side of the triangles. Do not add too much chocolate, otherwise it will flow out during baking.
Starting on the wide side, roll the blanks into tight rolls.
Lubricate each instance with milk using a silicone brush.
Sprinkle the blanks with granulated sugar on top.
Place the semi-finished products on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the preheated oven. Bake croissants for the next 25 minutes, until golden brown on top. The oven temperature is 180 degrees.
Cool the finished puff croissants with chocolate filling, serve with a cup of hot tea.
