Tell me, how often do you prepare smoked cheese salads? Basically, they put the usual solid. A rather interesting salad is obtained with smoked cheese. When I cooked it for the first time, my family members were surprised that there was no smoked chicken in the composition. It is smoked cheese that gives such a flavor to a dish in which only boiled chicken is present. Fresh tomatoes and pickles make it juicy and savory. This salad cannot be called dietary or healthy, but it will be a great addition to lunch or dinner. After all, it is hearty and tasty, and also easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

Pickled cucumbers - 100 g

Smoked pigtail cheese - 100 g

Fresh tomato - 200 g

Fresh parsley - 1/4 bunch

Garlic - 1-2 cloves

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Mayonnaise - 50 ml.

Salt to taste

Prepare the required ingredients from the list.

It is necessary to boil eggs and chicken in advance. Washed eggs and chicken fillet (you can take any part of the carcass, not just the breast), pour cold water, salt and bring to a boil. We cook them together over low heat for 10 minutes.

Then we take out the eggs and immerse them in cold water for cooling. We continue to cook the chicken fillet for another 15 minutes.

If you have time, it is better to leave the chicken meat to cool in the broth, so it will not be dry, but juicy. We clean the cooled eggs from the shell.

Cut eggs and chicken fillet into small cubes.

Cut off the tips of pickled cucumbers and fresh tomatoes. We cut the first lengthwise, then into strips. We chop the tomatoes first into circles, and then into strips. Next, we cut everything into cubes.

Unwrap the sausage cheese. We cut the fibers into smaller pieces of the same length. We send the cheese along with the rest of the prepared products to the salad bowl.

Rinse fresh parsley (or dill) well under running water, shake off moisture and chop finely. Next, grind the peeled garlic clove.

Add herbs and garlic to a bowl, mix. The salad can still be laid out in layers.

Our smoked cheese salad is ready. Before serving, let it brew in the refrigerator for no more than half an hour. Season with mayonnaise and serve.
