It is so simple, delicious and satisfying that you will not want to share this dish with anyone. Baked zucchini are juicy, aromatic and incredibly tasty. The appetizer is served hot. It goes well with mashed potatoes, but as a meat dish, I like to taste these zucchini with baked chicken the most.

Ingredients:
Zucchini - 500 g
Hard cheese - 150 g
Salt to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Vegetable seasoning - 1 tsp
Lean oil - for greasing the baking sheet
How to cook:
Prepare foods from the list. Be sure to take the zucchini young, with a soft skin and a juicy transparent seed. Otherwise, do not even start cooking, as the dish will be spoiled, this is not the case when the vegetable can be peeled.
The cheese must be of good quality and a trusted manufacturer, melt well at high temperatures in the oven. Do not use a cheese product, it is not suitable for this recipe.
Wash the zucchini, pat dry with paper towels.
Cut the vegetable into slices up to 1 centimeter thick, fold into a deep container. Season with salt and leave for 30 minutes. During this time, he will let the liquid in, which must be drained.
Now sprinkle the zucchini slices with delicious vegetable seasoning. Stir everything thoroughly so that each piece is well covered with it.
If you want to add garlic flavor, use only dried granular. Fresh will not have time to cook in the oven and will dominate the finished dish too much.
Grease a baking tray with lean refined oil. I always cover it with foil, so it's easier to remove the finished zucchini slices later, and the mold is easier to wash. Arrange the slices in rows.
Grate delicious hard cheese on a coarse grater. Place a teaspoon over each zucchini slice.
Send the workpieces to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake on top and bottom heat.
