Autumn is harvest time. For some reason, many people think that pumpkin, potatoes, eggplants and other garden gifts are not the best products for cooking. Delicate pumpkin cream soup
To prepare it you will need:
- 1 kg pumpkin;
- 1 onion (preferably red onion)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- 1 liter of chicken broth;
- 100 ml brandy;
- 1-2 tbsp Sahara;
- 50 g butter;
- 20 ml olive oil;
- 100 ml 35% cream;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- some pumpkin seeds.
This soup will be very tasty, and the addition of brandy will give it a special flavor.
Cooking method:
- Peel the pumpkin, chop finely, grate the garlic and onion.
- Melt butter, add onion, olive oil, fry the resulting mixture for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the garlic to the mass and heat until the characteristic garlic aroma appears.
- Add the pieces of pulp, fry, stirring occasionally, until the color is caramelized. Sprinkle the whole mixture with sugar and pour over the brandy. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in broth, mix and simmer for about 20 minutes after boiling.
- Season with salt and pepper, turn off heat and whisk with a blender until creamy.
The dish is best served sprinkled with pumpkin seeds.
Delicious apple charlotte
Charlotte is loved by both children and adults. The latter - especially due to the simple preparation.
Ingredients:
- a glass of sour cream;
- 5 medium sour apples;
- 1 glass of sugar and flour:
- 1 egg;
- 1 tsp soda.
Cooking charlotte is a pleasure. This is a great option when guests are on the doorstep.
Cooking method:
- Wash apples, peel, seeds, cut into slices.
- In one container, mix the soda and sour cream, in the other, beat the eggs with sugar, mix everything.
- Sift the flour, pour it into the dough and mix.
- It remains to grease the baking dish with a little oil, put half of the fruit on the bottom, pour the dough and put the apples on top again.

Ingredients:
- 2 eggplants;
- 2 tbsp honey;
- 1 lemon;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- a piece of ginger;
- 1 tsp cumin or other favorite seasoning;
- olive oil and herbs to taste.
It's not difficult to cook:
- Rinse the eggplants, cut, sprinkle with salt and leave for half an hour, which will remove the bitterness.
- Grate lemon zest, garlic and ginger.
- Fry the eggplants and put them on a napkin to allow the glass to excess oil.
- Fry the garlic, ginger, add all the other ingredients, put the eggplants on top and leave on low heat for 10 minutes.

- 150 ml sour cream;
- cheese to taste.
It's easy to cook:
- pass the meat, peeled onion and parsley through a meat grinder;
- fry the minced meat a little;
- boil potatoes, making mashed potatoes;
- put part of the mashed potatoes in a baking container, then a layer of minced meat, cover with the remaining mashed potatoes;
- grease with sour cream on top, sprinkle with cheese.
You need to bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
Simple Baked Peach Recipe
Great dessert for an evening dinner. Thanks to its beautiful presentation, it is also suitable for a festive table:
- 4 peaches;
- 200 g of amaretti cookies;
- 1 yolk;
- 200 ml sweet red wine;
- 20 g butter;
- 1 tbsp cocoa;
- 1-2 tsp powdered sugar.
Step by step cooking:
- Rinse the fruit, cut in half, gently peel off the skin, remove half of the pulp.
- Grind together the cookies, cocoa, yolk and some of the peach pulp.
- Fill the halves of the fruit with the resulting mixture, put on a baking sheet, grease each with oil and sprinkle with wine.
- Bake for no more than 20 minutes at 180 ° C, and to make them more juicy, pour the juice once during baking.
It is recommended to serve them warm, while such a dessert will perfectly combine not only with tea or coffee, but also with alcoholic beverages.
