Juicy and colorful peaches just want to be preserved for the winter, so that even in the cold they have access to delicious summer fruits. They can be eaten whole, added to the cream when creating cakes, pastries, various desserts.
For harvesting, choose ripe fruits, but not too soft, keeping their shape, otherwise their pulp will turn into mashed potatoes after steaming. Since the peel of the fruit is very fleecy, it must be washed thoroughly so that no fluff is found in the syrup. Instead of peaches, it is permissible to use nectarines - their peel is dense and smooth.
Remember that when capping whole fruits with seeds for the winter, the shelf life of such conservation will be no more than 6 months! Blanks without them can be stored in a cool place for up to 1.5 years. However, not all peach varieties easily separate the seeds from the pulp.

Ingredients:
Peaches - 350 g (6-7 pcs.)
Sugar - 200 g
Water - 0.4 l
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Step by step recipe:
Prepare food and a liter jar.
Rinse each peach thoroughly in several waters, removing the fluffy layer from the peel. Select undamaged ripe fruits and place them in a washed jar, stacking as tightly as possible. Rinse the container in water with soda and rinse thoroughly. Boil water in a kettle or saucepan.
Pour boiling water into a jar of peaches and leave to steam for 20 minutes. Depending on the size of the fruit, the steaming time is 15-25 minutes.
Do not forget to cover the container with a tin or nylon lid, but do not tighten it!
Add sugar to a saucepan.
After the specified time, change the cover to the drain.
Pour the liquid into a container with sugar, add lemon juice there. Boil the water to dissolve the sugar crystals completely and form a syrup.
Place the lid in boiling water so that it does not cool down.
Pour boiling sugar syrup to the top of the steamed fruit jar.
Seal immediately with a hot cap and screw tight or with a preservation wrench. Wrap with a towel or blanket so that the seeds inside the fruit are well steamed. Leave the workpiece at room temperature until it cools completely, and then transfer it to the garage, cellar or basement.
In winter, open the jar and enjoy the aromatic canned peaches.
