I offer you a budget recipe - millet porridge cakes for 45 rubles. They turn out to be very tasty. This gorgeous dish is easy to cook, even a child can handle it. My grandmother made such cakes for me. She is a great fan of experimenting, and, to tell you honestly, the experiments were successful!
You can add a lot of herbs, various spices and herbs to the porridge. You can also use any additives - bacon, sausages, various types of cheese, etc.
Serving such cakes is delicious with broth or soup, but you can do it yourself, pouring it with your favorite sauce - simply and original!
Ingredients:
- Millet porridge - 250 g
- Hard cheese - 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
- Wheat flour - 3 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Prepare all foods. Cook the porridge in advance, give it time to cool.
Transfer the porridge to a deep bowl. You can add butter to it, so there will be a more pleasant and delicate taste at the exit.
Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Then transfer the shavings to a bowl of porridge. Look, you can take any cheese, but, of course, the tastier it is, the better the cakes will be.
Add the chicken egg to the bowl.
Pour flour into the porridge. Here you can also experiment with spices or herbs.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. Then preheat the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Grease a baking sheet with oil. Make tortillas from the resulting dough. Bake them for 20 minutes.
After a while, serve delicious tortillas to the table.
