The other day I bought a waffle iron for making thin wafers. Immediately I remembered how in my childhood my grandmother used to bake these delicious waffles, which of them it was impossible to put down. And decided to repeat this recipe, the more so because it is very simple and I had the most important ingredient that "does all the weather."

So, prepare the dough will need three large eggs, half a cup of sugar and 200 grams of sour cream HOME. Smetana plays a key role.

All the ingredients you need to mix well, add a pinch of salt, and of course the flour. The amount of flour needed to adjust, to me this time took 5 tablespoons. According to the density of the dough should be obtained as a liquid sour cream.

Next panel preheated waffle should be well oiled, I do it once, and bake waffles for 2-3 minutes each. To roll the wafer in a neat straw I used almost finished roll of film from the food, the diameter suited what we needed.

In such wafers can be wrapped, for example, condensed milk or some cream that keeps its shape, because they are soft and pliable.
