Salmon - 300 g

Water - 1.2 l

Rice - 150 g

Potatoes - 3 pcs.

Carrots - 0.5 pcs.

Bulb onions - 1 pc. (small)

Salt - 0.25 tsp

Bay leaf - 2 pcs.

Ground black pepper - 2 pinches

Prepare food.

Peel prepared vegetables and rinse immediately in water. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes, the onions into small cubes, and grate the carrots on any grater. Put all the cuts in a saucepan or ladle, cauldron.

Rinse the rice and add it to the bowl. It is best to use any kind of steamed cereal - it cooks faster and remains uncooked.

Toss in bay leaves and pour in warm water. Place the saucepan on the stove and bring the contents to a boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
