Blanks without heat treatment are the fastest and most useful. One of these is blueberries mashed with sugar for the winter. You will need about 10-15 minutes of free time, but you will be provided with a tasty and bright delicacy, which can be served to the table for breakfast or afternoon tea, create fruit drinks and teas, cakes and pastries from it, desserts.
Buy blueberries in the summer season at a reasonable price. The ratio of berries and granulated sugar in the recipe is 1 to 1, i.e. 1 part blueberry accounts for 1 part sugar. The only caveat is that when storing the workpiece in a refrigerator that does not support the function of dry freezing, it can ferment. Therefore, in this case, increase the rate of the sweetener by 1.5 times, since it is he who acts as a preservative.

Ingredients:
Blueberries - 150 g
Sugar - 150 g
Step by step recipe:
Prepare food and 1 can of 300 g.
Sort the berries, remove damaged, spoiled, as well as - leaves and stems, twigs. Put them in a deep bowl and cover with cold water, rinse.
Then spread a cotton towel or paper napkins on the work surface. Place the blueberries in a colander. Then spread it out on a towel to remove excess moisture.
Transfer the dried berries to the bowl of a chopper or blender. In the absence of such a technique, transfer the blueberries into a deep container and remember them with a mortar or a boiled potato press, covering with a protective screen.
Add granulated sugar, leaving about 2 tablespoons. for the "cork", and grind everything together by closing the bowl lid, on a pulsating mode for about 3-4 minutes, but no more, so as not to grind small bones berries.
You will have a thick, sweet berry mass. If you wish, you can add a little berries and sugar after chopping and mashed again if the first time everything did not fit into the bowl.
Gently fill a dry, clean jar (or container) with powdered blueberries almost to the top. Top with sugar to create an airlock. Seal with a lid and place the workpiece in the refrigerator or take it to the cellar, basement, where the temperature does not exceed 3-5 degrees.
At any time, open the jar and serve the blueberry treat to the table with sweet pastries, hot tea or coffee.
