An easy-to-prepare appetizer that will definitely not leave anyone indifferent - lavash with salmon. Such rolls can be served to guests on a festive table or to households just for a cup of tea or coffee - you get a good snack.
You can combine salmon with any vegetables that you like. You can replace pepper with cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Lavash in our recipe is portioned, round, but you can take a simple one in the form of a large sheet. Salmon is suitable lightly salted, smoked or even boiled / baked - in any case, the result will be excellent.
Ingredients:
Thin lavash (portioned) - 2 pcs.
S / s salmon - 150 g
Cream cheese - 3 tablespoons
Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Dill - 6 branches

Prepare all products according to the list.
Lay a sheet of pita bread on a work surface, then grease generously with cream cheese. This cheese can be replaced with any other option to your taste, even a simple processed cheese will do.
Rinse the greens, dry, chop finely and sprinkle with lavash on top. In addition to dill, you can take cilantro, parsley, basil, arugula, etc.
Rinse the bell peppers, remove the seeds and rinse again. Cut into strips, put them on the edge of the pita bread.
Peel the fish, lay on top of the pepper. Do not regret salmon, it should be well and distinctly felt in the finished snack.
Roll up the pita bread.
Cut it into portioned rolls with a sharp knife.
Decorate the appetizer and serve.
