Is precisely not to be missed! I tried a lot of salads with crab sticks, but this has not yet met. Its feature - a combination of 2 - types of seafood that make a dish not only literally melting in the mouth, but also give the unusual taste.


Preparation:


In - First, take 3 - 4 carcase squid, put them in boiling water where the boil for 3 - 5 minutes, and allowed to cool. I use fresh squid, but also fit and canned. Then they need to be dried with a paper towel and cut exactly like boiled - thin slices. There is another recipe where fresh squid lightly fried in olive oil, then spread them on towels to drain excess fat and cut the same way as in the first embodiment.

In - the second, hard-boiled cook 3 - 4 chicken eggs. To do this, we place them in boiling water and wait for 8 - 10 minutes, the home preparing a little longer - about 13 minutes. Cut into small cubes and put in a separate bowl of squid. In this recipe, my salad to be interleaved, so I do not mix the ingredients.

Then move on to vegetables: open the jar of canned corn and pour out excess juice, cucumber my, clean peel and chop on a medium-sized pieces, half a red pepper cut into thin slices.

Then 6 - 8 crab sticks cut tee - in - tee as eggs and 100g of hard cheese to three on a fine grater. Now each product add mayonnaise, approximately 2 - 4 tablespoons. It remains only to put all the items in the correct sequence: in the beginning I carefully spread squid, after, cucumber, eggs and corn, followed by crab sticks and pepper, and at the end sprinkle with grated cheese. Now that the salad is ready, I put it in the fridge for 15 minutes to let it brew. Hooray, our salad ready to feed!
