I bake carrots in the oven with aromatic spices and herbs

Today I propose to pay attention to a simple, but very tasty recipe for baked carrots in the oven, with aromatic spices and herbs. It will taste very harmonious and unusual, piquant, your taste buds will be grateful to you.

Serving such carrots to the table is ideal with different types of meat, with fish, with meat cuts - any serving option will be good. Spices can be varied, for example, add a few favorites to your taste.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots - 250 g
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Provencal herbs - 2 tablespoons
  • Dry garlic - 1 tsp
  • Lemon - 2 wedges

Prepare all products according to the list. Peel and wash the carrots well, dry.
