My inspiration is my family! I love to treat them to treats. And this dish is one of the favorites in our family) The recipe is not new for many, but I wanted to share it with everyone today🙏🏻
Ingredients: Large breadcrumbs, Egg, Breast fillet, Provence herbs, Salt, pepper, frying oils
Cooking method:
Cut the breast into small medallions.
Salt, pepper and sprinkle with herbs our medallions and let stand for an hour.
Then we beat off our pickled medallions a little with a hammer.
Then beat with a whisk 3 Eggs for and prepare crackers for breading our breast.
We heat 1 liter of oil to 160-180 degrees. I use the multicooker in the "deep-frying" mode.
Dip our breast in the egg, then roll in breadcrumbs and deep-fry until lightly browned!
