If you like simple options for salads, which consist of a small amount of ingredients, then my recipe will suit your taste. I suggest you pay attention to it! Chicken liver salad is simple, fast, affordable, satisfying and nutritious.
For the base, we need a by-product. Boil it first. After that, add fried onions, eggs and juicy tomatoes - believe me, this combination gives a simply amazing result. You can even serve such a salad on a festive table.
Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 300 g
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Quail eggs - 3 pcs.
Green onions - 15 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Description:
Prepare all foods. Clean the liver, then boil with the addition of spices and vegetables. Cool the boiled offal.
Peel the onion, rinse, cut into small cubes. Heat the pan and grease with oil. Fry the onions for a couple of minutes.
Cut the chicken liver into small pieces, then put on a plate - this will be the first layer of salad.
Brush with mayonnaise on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put fried onions on top of the liver.
Next - quail eggs. Boil them first (five minutes), peel, grate on a fine grater. Lay the shavings of eggs on top of the onion, brush with mayonnaise.
Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut into cubes. Lay them in the next layer.
Sprinkle the salad with chopped green onions and serve.
