Preparation:
1. Prepare foods from the list. Wash vegetables under running water, pat dry with paper towels.
2. Rinse bulgur several times in cold water. Transfer the cereal to a saucepan or small cauldron, pour water in a ratio of 1 to 2, salt a little, put on the stove.
