Fried pork with onions is a simple and very tasty dish that goes with any porridge, pasta, potatoes, vegetable side dishes, etc.
To make the meat not dry, it is better to choose a piece with a layer of fat, for example, you can take a neck, just not very fatty. Onions need to be used more, together with pork, it comes out so tasty that it is impossible to tear yourself off the plate.
Among other things, you can also add potatoes to the recipe, then it will be a completely complete and satisfying dish. You can even serve meat to the table with a slice of bread and fresh tomatoes, parsley, and green onions.
Ingredients:
Pork (neck) - 350 g
Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons
Greens to taste
Description of the cooking process:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients that are listed. You can use any spice or seasoning you like.
2. Rinse the meat and pat dry with kitchen paper towels. After that, cut the pork into not very large pieces, you can oblong.
3. Peel a couple of small onions, you can use them even more, you should not regret. Cut into half rings or cubes as you like.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, then transfer dry pieces of chopped meat into it, fry for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. When the pieces are lightly browned, proceed to the next step.
5. Pour all the onion slices into the pan.
6. Then add sea salt, ground black pepper. Peel and rinse the chives, cut them into slices or skip on the press - the latter will give a brighter result.
7. Fry the meat with onions and garlic for about 12-15 minutes under the lid, sometimes open it and stir everything so that the ingredients do not burn.
8. In parallel, prepare your favorite side dish for all family members. After the specified time, arrange the meat on plates and serve, if desired, tart a little with herbs.
