Here is a recipe for a very tasty and fairly simple snack that came to us a long time ago, and despite the fact that now there is an abundance of products is large enough, sandwiches with sprats and cucumber have firmly consolidated their leadership and continue to delight us on holiday and everyday tables.

I like them for their combination of ingredients - the taste is always excellent. You can serve such sandwiches not only to the banquet table, they are well suited even just for a cup of delicious coffee. If you are a fan of similar recipes, then you will definitely like this one.

Ingredients:

White sliced ​​loaf - 4 slices

Sprats in oil - 8 pcs.

Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Cream cheese - 50 g

Red sweet onion - 1 pc.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Process description:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Use canned sprats in oil, they must be chosen of good quality, from a trusted manufacturer, so that the fish are all the same size.

2. It is better to use slices of a loaf that are already cut, so they are of the same thickness and size - the sandwiches will ultimately turn out beautiful. Warm up a grill or regular frying pan on the stove, shift the loaf and dry it on both sides until golden brown. You can do this in the oven as well - as you like and prefer.

3. Boil a chicken egg hard-boiled in advance - no more than 10 minutes after boiling. Peel it from the shell and cut into plates. Choose sweet red onions, if desired, you can marinate them. Cut into rings.

4. Grease each dried slice of loaf with cream cheese. You can also use mayonnaise or butter for this.

5. Transfer the eggs and the chopped onion to the loaf.

6. Then distribute a few sprats on toasts.

7. Wash and dry the fresh cucumber, then, with the help of a vegetable peeler, cut it into thin slices. Twist each strip and place on sandwiches.

8. That's all, the prepared sandwiches should be served immediately to the table.
