Omelet with milk in a pan

Admin

In many families, chicken eggs are often included in breakfast. They are boiled soft-boiled, fried with eggs, baked in the oven or cooked in the microwave. But most often they make an omelet. My family is no exception, so it is a common thing for breakfast with us, especially since it is prepared very simply and quickly enough.

Now I will show you how to make a delicious, moderately fluffy omelet with milk in a frying pan. With a little skill, it can take you less than 10 minutes to cook it. Try it!

Ingredients:

Chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Sour cream - 1 jar

Milk - 50 g

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods on the list. Sour cream and milk are suitable for any fat content, it is better to take large eggs, for one portion they are just right.

2. Take a comfortable deep bowl, break the eggs into it, discard the shell. Beat them with a whisk or fork until smooth.

3. Add sour cream, pour in milk, salt the mixture and pepper.

4. Continue whisking the egg mixture until smooth and fluffy, the sour cream should be well stirred so that no lumps remain.

5. Heat a teflon-coated pan over high heat, brush with refined odorless vegetable oil. Pour the egg and milk mixture into it, immediately turn the heat down. Cook the omelet on low heat until golden brown on the bottom, 3-4 minutes. Then gently try to turn it over to the other side with a silicone spatula and cook for another 2 minutes, also until golden brown.

6. Serve the finished omelet with milk immediately after cooking, until it is hot and has not sunk.

You can leave it whole, or you can cut it into equal pieces and serve with your favorite sauce or vegetables. In summer, it can be fresh cucumbers or tomatoes, and in winter it will be delicious with homemade pickles and olives. Don't forget about fresh herbs and a slice of your favorite bread. Although with croutons cooked in the oven or in a grill pan, the omelet also goes well in taste.
