  • Black beans. The main advantage of this product is the large amount of magnesium. It also contains potassium and fiber, which have a positive effect on the state of blood vessels and the heart, normalizing blood pressure.

  • Oats. Another super product. As Elena Malysheva notes, this product is very useful.
