Men really like the salad with smoked chicken and mushrooms, because it turns out to be hearty, juicy and incredibly tasty. It can be prepared for a family dinner, and you can safely put it on the festive table - the guests will eat it with pleasure.

If you prepare the salad in advance, do not forget that you will need to fill it only before serving, otherwise the tomatoes will let juice.

Ingredients:

Champignons - 5-6 pcs.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Tomato - 1 pc.

Smoked chicken leg - 200 g

Green onion - 1 pc.

Mayonnaise - 1-2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. To prepare the salad, prepare the foods on the list. Wash tomatoes and green onions, pat dry with paper towels. Clean the mushrooms with a clean kitchen sponge. Set the egg to boil, after boiling, boil for 7-8 minutes, cool in cold water, peel.

2. Cut fresh champignons into small cubes. Heat a small amount of refined odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the chopped mushrooms in it, fry them for 3-4 minutes until a beautiful golden crust. Remove from stove, let cool.

3. Peel the smoked chicken leg from bones, cut the meat into small cubes (it is up to you to remove the skin). Place the chicken and fried cooled mushrooms in a deep bowl.

4. Chop the boiled egg into cubes, peel the tomato from seeds (otherwise the salad will be runny), chop the pulp in the same way as all the other ingredients, add finely chopped green onions.

5. Season with your favorite mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly.

6. To make the salad look more presentable on the plate when serving, place it over the serving ring. Then carefully remove it.

7. Garnish the finished smoked chicken and mushroom salad to your liking and serve immediately.
