Ingredients:

  • white cabbage - 400 g
  • canned peas - 1 can
  • carrots - 200 g (2 pcs.)
  • pickled cucumber - 200 g (3 pcs.)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • fresh dill - bunch
  • apple cider vinegar (wine) - 1 tbsp. l.
  • olive oil (unrefined sunflower) - 2 tbsp. l.
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Finely chop 400 g of cabbage. I took young white cabbage, but you can also use winter varieties of white cabbage.


Two fresh peeled carrots, with a total weight of about 200 g, three on a coarse grater.

2. Finely chop a bunch of dill. Parsley can be used if desired.
Cut three pickled cucumbers with a total weight of about 200 g into quarters into rings.

3. Put chopped cabbage, chopped pickles, grated carrots, one 400 g can of canned peas and chopped dill in a large bowl. Here we squeeze 2 cloves of garlic through a press.

4. Salt everything to taste and pepper. Add 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar and about 2 tbsp. l. olive or unrefined sunflower oil.
We mix everything.

The salad with cabbage, cucumbers and peas turned out to be very tasty and light. It prepares quickly and easily. Be sure to cook it.
