Homemade bread in the oven

Ingredients: warm water, flour (+/-), salt, sugar, dry yeast

Cooking method:

Sift the flour into a large bowl. Make a well and add salt, sugar and yeast. Gradually add water and knead the dough well. The consistency should be soft but not runny. Almost not sticky to hands. Cover with a warm blanket and set to warm.

After an hour and a half, we crush once and let it come up for about 30-40 minutes.

Form large balls from the dough. This dough makes three loaves. Cover, let rest 10 minutes. Transfer to a greased baking sheet and form matnakash. Can be lubricated with water or milk.

Bake in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes. Depends on the oven and the size of the bread. As soon as it turns red, it means it's baked.

Such bread is insanely tasty, fragrant, satisfying and does not get stale.
