Strawberry banana smoothies are loved by everyone, young and old. This is a real delicacy in the form of a thick drink that is easy and simple to prepare, literally in a matter of minutes. You can serve it to a family for breakfast or afternoon tea and easily replace dessert with it.

Buy bananas that are ripe and soft, otherwise the drink will have a fibrous structure and a slightly herbal taste. But you can always adjust the acidity of the berries with honey or cane sugar to taste. Bananas and strawberries are sold almost all year round now, so make smoothies and delight your loved ones with incredible yummy.

Ingredients:

Banana - 2 pcs.

Strawberry - 300 g

Milk (or drinking yoghurt) - 400 g

Liquid honey (optional) - 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Milk for this recipe is suitable for absolutely any fat content that you usually buy. By the way, it can be replaced with natural drinking yogurt without additives, it will also be very tasty with it.

2. Peel ripe bananas, cut into small slices, transfer to a blender bowl.

3. Wash the strawberries under running water, pat dry with paper towels, remove the greens. If necessary, cut off the remaining ponytails with a sharp knife.

4. Transfer the peeled strawberries to the bananas.

5. Add liquid honey. When whipping, pour in milk in small portions, so you can adjust the thickness of the finished smoothie - from very thick to liquid, which can be drunk through a straw.

6. Pour the prepared strawberry banana drink and serve.

You can put the smoothie in the refrigerator for a while to cool it down, or add an ice cube, especially in summer. Even when serving, you can decorate each portion of the cocktail with a leaf or a sprig of fresh mint.
