To prepare a recipe, take the food listed. Minced meat can be pork, beef, mixed, as well as poultry.

To make the minced meat and egg zrazy juicy, store a small piece of a loaf or some kind of roll in advance: the shell will be made up of meat and white bread soaked in milk. Whether to bread in breadcrumbs or flour - decide for yourself.

Break the loaf in pieces and immerse it in a bowl of milk - leave for 10 minutes, let the bread crumb and crusts swell completely. If the crusts are too hard, dense, then it is better to remove them.

Simultaneously boil two hard-boiled eggs, cool - after boiling, keep on fire for 8-10 minutes.

My meat zrazy - from minced pork, there is enough fat in this. When using lean or dryish fillets, additionally include lard or bacon, butter.

Mix the minced meat with a loaf soaked and squeezed from milk, season to taste with salt and ground pepper. We beat off slightly, thereby increasing the elasticity of the fibers.
