In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

But look how gorgeous sunrise! Recently, not often can be seen like that, a few weeks there was a fog.

Now we have to wait until the snow and everything - winter!

Today I have for breakfast sandwiches on whole grain(Complex / slow carbohydrates!) bread (60 g), chicken roll with herbs and garlic (110 g). Sandwiches eaten with green tea. Breakfast is turned on 300 kcal.

A roll - this is my yesterday's experiment. I've been thinking, we're used to often bought similar rolls (especially delicious were the Belarusian production departments). And why not try to cook the most? And that's what I did. I share a recipe - it's a great self-starters on the table instead of just sausages and sandwiches.

Breakfast turned out not very nutritious (I prefer for breakfast is about 400 kcal), which means that there will be free calories during the day on some snacks.

On undershot - amaranth bread with cream cheese (20 g) and cherry tomatoes (60 g) under green tea (particularly desirable today warm).

And 200 grams of tangerines - ate during the day.

The result undershot on 170 kcal.

Today ran to the store - oh how it is already cold - get used to frost.

But I was in the fridge waiting for my low-calorie tiramisu! Today I cooked it with the slices of mango.

By the way, we have a mango in the magnet is much cheaper than in the same VkusVill (of course in the BB is gorgeous). After lying for several days at room temperature, the mango has become more soft and juicy (or it seemed to me that juicy). I've never bought a mango in the chain stores, and indeed fresh mango rarely bought.

Who knows, if you buy a few pieces of mango, it is not soft, it will ripen at home?)

-PP dessert tiramisu on a snack and a half hours in the afternoon went to the 200 kcal.

For dinner I had bulgur (120 g), and broccoli with chicken (150 g). Portion breast with broccoli waiting for me since the day before yesterday.

But now I have turned a small incident with the phone. It seems that I made a picture dinner. But then she began to write articles for you, and look, there is no photo. I do not know how it happened. But the fact remains - the photo I do not have dinner. I hope you have not had a fight for it?)

Dinner came to 210 kcal.

In another 20 grams of peanuts eaten during the day - 110 kcal.

And finally the day came in 1125 kcal.

True to their baked pancakes on a whole wheat flour and then bake them in rolls with cream cheese and a little pancake tasted to evaluate the result of their labors. Just I think up to 1200 kcal and held on this sample.

That's right, preparing low-calorie dishes (but no less delicious), not falling down, not hungry, I can even say that the whole day by eating something - you can lose weight. And the most important thing is not torturing yourself rigid diet.
