Potatoes - 350 g

Carrots - 100 g

Onions - 100 g

Canned beans in tomato sauce - 450 g

Olive oil - 3 tablespoons

A mixture of dried vegetables - 1 tbsp.

Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons

Ground black pepper - 2-3 pinches

Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Water - 1 l

Greens - 1 tbsp.

Salt to taste

Any supermarket sells canned beans in a tomato. Choose good quality canning to keep the beans intact. If you are canning at home, use a homemade craft.

For a more satisfying meal, first make a broth with any meat. No meat products are used in this recipe, so the soup is lean.

Peel and wash the potato tubers. Cut them into small cubes. Dip in a pot of cold water and heat over high.

Cook for 15-20 minutes from boiling to soften the potatoes. The cooking time depends on the size of the sliced ​​pieces and the type of vegetable.

In the meantime, you need to have time to prepare the vegetables. Peel the onion and carrots. Rinse and dry to keep them dry. Dice the onion and grate the carrots for faster cooking.

Heat the oil in a skillet, then load the prepared vegetables. Fry for 8-10 minutes over low heat until soft.

Add tomato paste. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes in the same mode.
