Potato zrazy with meat is a favorite dish of many families and mine is no exception. My family adores them in any form - both cold and hot.

It takes a long time to prepare zrazy, but they are worth it, because you will get a universal dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, these delicious potato pies with meat filling can be taken with you for a walk, to a picnic or to the country. So do not regret the time spent, happy faces of your family are the greatest gratitude for your work.

Ingredients:

Pork - 400 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Potatoes - 700 g

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Flour - 100 g

Lean oil - for frying

Salt to taste

Ground pepper - to taste

How to cook:

First of all, cook the meat in slightly salted water over medium heat. It can take about an hour to cook until cooked through, so I recommend doing this in advance.

Peel and wash potatoes, onions and carrots.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, cover with cold water. Salt and cook until tender, about 20-25 minutes.

While the meat and potatoes are boiling, heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, fry the onion, chopped into small cubes, and the carrots grated on a coarse grater in it.

Pass the finished pork through a meat grinder with a large sieve, add to the pan and fry for a few minutes. If the minced meat turns out to be dry, pour in a little of the broth in which the meat was cooked. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste, cool slightly.

Make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes. Add eggs one at a time and flour, stir. You do not need to clog the puree with a large amount of flour, the mass should only become slightly elastic.

Then dust your hands with flour. Take some potato mass, form a circle or oval, put the meat filling in the center.

Pinch the edges, shaping the garment into a patty or patty. Usually zrazy are made in large sizes, two pieces per serving, but you do as you like best.

Do the same with the rest of the ingredients.

Pour a little odorless lean refined oil into the pan, put the blanks in it, fry on both sides until a beautiful and golden brown crust.
