Ingredients:
Pork neck - 800 g
Kefir - 1 tbsp.
Tomato sauce - 3 tablespoons
Barbecue seasoning - 1 tbsp.
Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
Dried garlic - 0.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - optional
Ch.m. pepper - taste
How to cook:
To make a pork kebab marinade, prepare the foods on the list. Be sure to wash the meat under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Peel and wash the onion.
Cut the meat into small pieces, about 3 x 3 centimeters. Place the chopped pork in a deep bowl.
Cut the onions into rings, divide them among themselves, transfer to the meat.
Add your favorite kebab seasoning, dried granulated garlic, salt and pepper to taste into a bowl.
Pour in a glass of medium-fat kefir, add any delicious tomato sauce: Krasnodar, Darnitsky, kebab, chili, etc. I add a generous pinch of sugar at this stage, as for me the marinade is a little sourish.
Thoroughly, but very carefully, mix the meat in the marinade, leave it in this form for at least 3 hours. Stir the pork from time to time, it should marinate evenly. If you plan to marinate for longer, cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate.
Then you just have to string pieces of meat on metal skewers or wooden skewers and cook the shish kebab in any way convenient for you - in the oven or on the grill.
Enjoy!
