The first is noodles. The question arises, which one to choose, take the one that you like best. You can udon, you can buckwheat, you can light rice. I brought a package of flat rice noodles from Vietnam, and it was used.

The second is minced meat. What kind of meat?

No, no, rats, bats, exotic birds and other animals from the Red Book are not required here. The Chinese, by the way, in everyday life quite actively eat pork. In our country, there are no problems with pork either - after chicken, it is the cheapest meat.

But if you, like me, do not like pork, calmly replace it with beef or even turkey;

Green beans (this stuff is full everywhere)

Chinese cabbage (also in almost any vegetable)

Plum sauce. You will have to look for him. It is not in ordinary stores. (at least I have not seen it), but in any Asian shop and in the market plum sauce can be purchased quite calmly

Well, now let's get down to the main thing - the process of creating a masterpiece (modesty is my strong point, I know).

Scroll the meat into minced meat and form meatballs from it. Small ones. Take the right amount with a teaspoon and sculpt.

We put the pan on a high heat, heat the butter in it, and in it, in it - meatballs.

Wash cabbage, tear it with our hands and send it to the pan along with plum sauce

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions. I'll be honest - lately I prefer to pour such varieties with just boiling water and leave for a few minutes.

And while the noodles are cooking, add beans to the meatballs, cabbage and sauce. Cover and keep for a couple of minutes

Drain the water from the noodles. Put it on a plate and add all the contents of the pan to it. Well, a green onion for taste and decoration.
