Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 200 g

Milk - 400 g

Kiwi - 2-3 pcs.

Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons

Oat bran - 2 tablespoons

To make a protein shake for weight loss at home, prepare the foods on the list. Cottage cheese must be up to 5% fat, milk is also desirable - up to 1.5%.

If you don't have oat bran, you can cook it yourself. To do this, take oatmeal and grind them in a coffee grinder.

You can take any fruit containing a small amount of sugar. Grapes, of course, will not work.

Dip the cottage cheese into the blender bowl. Pour in milk, add oat bran.

Peel the kiwi, cut into large pieces. Send the slices to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients, add maple syrup to taste.
