It is very difficult to achieve lush pancakes, so in this recipe we mix milk with a small amount of dry yeast. The pancakes are not created very quickly, since the dough is first prepared, which must be left to stand for some time. After the final kneading, the dough must also be left alone for half an hour. But the time spent on cooking is worth it, as you end up with incredibly lush pancakes with milk, soft and tender on the inside.

Ingredients:
Flour - 250 gr.
Milk - 250 ml.
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Eggs - 1 pc.
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil in the dough - 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil for frying - 60 ml.
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Pour warm milk into a deep container, add sugar and dry yeast to it. Stir thoroughly for a few minutes to dissolve the bulk components slightly in the milk.
Then add a third of the flour. Stir vigorously with a whisk until smooth.
It is better to mix the yeast dough by hand, without using electrical appliances. Set the dough aside for 30 minutes so that it comes up a little.
Meanwhile, combine egg, salt and vegetable oil in a separate container. Mix thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous composition.
After a while, pour the egg mixture into the dough, mix.
Then add the remaining flour to the main composition. Stir with a whisk until the dough is smooth and free of lumps.
Set it aside for another 1 hour to fit. While doing this, cover with a towel or deep plate.
After a while, the dough will rise and double in size. After that, you do not need to stir it anymore.
Heat the pan, pour in 2 tbsp. oils. Spoon the dough pieces into the hot oil. Cover the pan with a lid, set the heat to medium. After about 1.5 minutes, the pancakes will rise and increase in size.
Turn them over to the other side, repeat the procedure.
Fry all specimens in this way. Add oil before each pancake.
Sprinkle the finished pancakes generously with powdered sugar.
