Salad with sausage, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes

Today we will prepare one of the simplest and fastest salads. This option will certainly appeal to all lovers of sausage products. Among my friends there are those who cannot imagine life without sausages, so this salad is their priority.

Of course, it is necessary to choose the most delicious and high quality sausage, otherwise you are unlikely to achieve a successful result. My recipe uses balyk sausage - a great choice.

You can take any dressing, here it is not necessary to use oil with garlic, it will be quite possible to dress the dish with mayonnaise or your favorite sauce. Serve the salad to the table in addition to the side dish.

Ingredients:

Smoked sausage - 100 g

Fresh cucumbers - 70 g

Fresh tomatoes - 60 g

Garlic - 1 clove

Feta cheese - 30 g

Pine nuts - 10 g

Fresh dill - 3 branches

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Process description

1. Prepare all the required ingredients that are listed.

2. Fresh cucumbers, if they are slightly wilted, can be soaked in ice water - half an hour will be enough. After they need to be dried, cut the tails on both sides, check for bitterness. Cut each cucumber into strips.

3. Choose a fresh tomato juicy and sweetish, if it is too fleshy - part of the pulp can be removed. Wash and dry, cut out the place of growth of the stalk. Cut the tomato into small slices.

4. Place prepared tomatoes and cucumbers on a flat plate or in a deep dish. Peel the sausage from the protective film, cut into plates, then into thin strips. Spread the slices on top of the vegetables.

5. A little feta will give the salad a creamy delicate hue, so it won't be superfluous to spread some cheese over the entire surface of the dish.

6. Prepare a dressing - mix vegetable oil with garlic skipped on the press. Add a little dill, chop the herbs finely enough. Season everything with salt and pepper, mix.

7. Pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.
