Jellied cake recipe with mushrooms and chicken
Ingredients: ⠀
Flour - 250 g ⠀.

Sugar - 2 tsp ⠀
Salt - 1 tsp ⠀
Minced chicken - 600 g ⠀.
Onion - 1 pc ⠀.
Mushrooms - 400-500 gr ⠀.
Cream Cheese - 200 g ⠀.
Olive oil - to taste ⠀
Salt, spices - to taste ⠀
Preparation: ⠀
1. Sauté finely chopped onion until golden brown. Add ground beef and cook until evaporation of liquids and slightly browning (15 minutes). If necessary, further grind the finished stuffing "tolkushkoy" (press) for potatoes. Salt and spice. ⠀
2. Cut the mushrooms into two parts. And each half cut into slides. Leave two pieces to decorate the dough. Others not long fry with oil at high heat, until the disappearance of the liquid (separate from chicken). Salt and spice. ⠀

6. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180º (up rosy color).
Remove from the oven, cover with towel and let cool. Decorate as desired. ⠀
