Ingredients:

First prepare the stuffing for our lazy Tat. Mix 350-400 c minced meat any one chopped onion, herbs and salt to taste, 1 garlic clove and black pepper. Mix thoroughly - filling is ready.
Now for the preparation of dough. Take 2 cups of yogurt and a bit of it heated, that there was a little warm. Add half a teaspoon of baking soda, half a teaspoon of sugar and the same salt.
Then, put the flour and knead the dough. I always put the flour on the eye so that the dough consistency turned out, both on the pancakes.
And now the fun part: how to cook lazy belyashi. So, in a pan with hot vegetable oil spread a bit of dough on top of the stuffing on it and test again.
Only the top layer spread dough so that the middle small hole remained. By the way, oil should be enough in the pan, about 1 cm.
