Today the multicooker is a real gift for busy housewives. Initially, I was skeptical about the miracle technology, I thought that this device was for lazy people. But, having cooked once, I realized that the multicooker can significantly reduce the cooking time without losing the taste and useful properties of the dish.

Today we are preparing buckwheat with chicken. You can use the whole carcass or take individual parts. To make the groats in the finished dish crumbly, I recommend pre-frying them in a dry frying pan.
