Here is a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese dish that everyone likes - from children to adults. Cheesecakes are very simple to prepare - this is one of the reasons why they often appear with us for breakfast or a snack. The second reason is that they are useful, it is simply impossible to force the whole family to eat ordinary cottage cheese, but cheese cakes will gladly gobble up everything. The third reason is that they can be prepared both sweet and, on the contrary, with garlic and dill, cheese, etc. You can serve the dish to the table with sour cream, jam, jam, various drinks - milk, juice, tea, cocoa.

Ingredients:

Homemade cottage cheese - 350 g

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Semolina - 2 tablespoons

Salt - a pinch

Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons

Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Choose a good tasty homemade cottage cheese.

2. Transfer the curd to a deep bowl, in which it will be convenient to mix all the products. Add one large chicken egg at once.

3. Pour in a spoonful of sugar, ordinary, if desired, can be replaced with vanilla.

4. Pour in some semolina. Vary the semolina, depending on what kind of cottage cheese you have.

5. Mix thoroughly, toss in a pinch of salt to balance the taste. Raisins or other additives can be added as desired.

6. In a separate bowl, combine flour and breadcrumbs - this will be our breading.

7. Blind small curd blanks. Roll them in breadcrumbs and form cakes.

8. Fry them on both sides in an oiled skillet for 1.5-2 minutes.

9. Ready-made cheesecakes can be served immediately by adding jam or sweet sauce.

10. That's all, as it turns out, cottage cheese pancakes in a frying pan can be cooked by everyone!

You can also serve the dish to the table with sour cream, jam, various drinks - milk, juice, tea, cocoa.
