Today I would like to share with you a recipe for a very tasty, quick curd cheese. I really like to use this cheese for sandwiches or as a filling for lavash, pie. It takes me no more than 5 minutes to make cheese from cottage cheese. I'm glad I found such a cheese recipe! It helps me a lot. I think you will also appreciate;)

Step-by-step recipe for making curd cheese with a photo:
I transfer the cottage cheese into a deep bowl, add a tablespoon of sour cream.
I interrupt the cottage cheese with sour cream with an immersion blender until a tender, homogeneous consistency. Just a few seconds and you're done.
If you do not have a hand blender, then you can grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, and then add sour cream. In this case, more time is required.
I break the egg into a deep bowl. For curd cheese, I prefer to use homemade eggs. By the way, a chicken egg can be replaced with 3 quail eggs.
I add 1/3 tsp. salt and begin to beat with a mixer at maximum speed until a white fluffy mass. It is better to take a cold egg. My mixer whips very quickly - one minute and you're done.
I add half a teaspoon of sugar or any sweetener. I am using Stevia (a few drops). Beat again for a few seconds.
I add a teaspoon of lemon juice, whipped curd. You can also add any filler if you wish. I'll have parsley. You can use ham, for example.
Mix with a mixer until smooth.
Essentially cheese and ready.
I put it in tins and send the curd cheese to the refrigerator to thicken. Thirty minutes.
The cooking process itself (my participation) - 5 minutes.
The cheese has thickened, this is how it turns out. The taste is very delicate homemade curd cheese. Bon Appetit!
I do not recommend storing such cheese for a long time, as it contains raw eggs. I usually use it for a couple of days.
