Incredibly delicious, beautiful, delicate tea cake in 20 minutes. Curd - creamy taste, crunchy nuts will not leave anyone indifferent!

INGREDIENTS
Lavash - 3 pcs. (300 gr.)
Cottage cheese - 400 gr.
Sour cream - 200 gr.
Condensed milk - 150 gr. (or powdered sugar).
Vanillin - 1 sachet. (or coconut flakes).
Nuts, chocolate - to decorate the cake.
RECIPE
We cut each lavash into 3 equal parts. We'll have a total of 9 cake layers.
If you want the cake to be tall, then cut each pita bread into 6 pieces. In total, you get 18 cakes.
Let's prepare the cream:
If the curd is grainy, then it is better to interrupt it with a blender. I interrupt for 20 seconds. You can grind the cottage cheese through a sieve.
If the curd is pasty, then nothing needs to be done.
Add 150 gr to the curd. Condensed milk (powdered sugar), sour cream (any fat content), vanillin (coconut) and beat everything with a mixer for no more than 1 minute. The cream is ready!
