Today I want to invite you to cook a very tasty, delicate, one might say airy cake with sour cream.
The cake is prepared very quickly without baking, literally in 15 minutes, you just need to wait a little for the cream to stabilize.

Let's cook
- 12 grams of gelatin
- pour 60 grams (ml) of milk
Stir and leave to swell.
For the base, I use 80 grams or 7 pcs. shortbread chocolate chip cookies.
- pour 30 grams (ml) of milk into a deep plate
- soak the cookies in milk and put them in one row on a plate
If you wish, if you do not like cookies as a base, you can make a not tall biscuit.
Sponge cake can be cooked both in the oven and in a pan.

We install a detachable form on the plate, I close the edges of the form with Teflon tape. Acetate foil or parchment paper can be used instead of tape.
Let's prepare the cream
- to 600 grams of sour cream
- add 20 grams or 4 tsp. tablespoons of vanilla sugar. Vanilla sugar can be added to taste
- 240 grams of condensed milk
- we begin to beat at a low mixer speed, gradually increasing the mixer speed to the maximum
- at maximum speed of the mixer, beat the cream for 5 minutes. The cream will become airy and will approximately double in size
Sour cream in this recipe can be replaced with thick natural yogurt without additives.
- the swollen gelatin must be dissolved, for this, slightly heat it in a microwave oven or in a water bath, in no case boil the gelatin
- add a spoonful of sour cream to the dissolved gelatin and mix until smooth
- another spoon, we do this in order to equalize the temperatures of gelatin and cream, so that the gelatin in the cream does not immediately grab
- add gelatin to the cream and at low speed of the mixer, mix immediately until smooth
- pour the cream into a mold and put it in the refrigerator, until the cream completely solidifies, for about 2-3 hours. You can make a cake in the evening and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
- Sprinkle the chilled cake with sifted cocoa
The cake is very tasty, has a delicate and airy consistency.
He has only one drawback, he really wants to cut off a second piece for himself.
