Delicious custard cakes with curd cream, profiteroles!

Custards are prepared very simply from simple products. They always work out! I do the choux test according to GOST.

For cooking you will need:

✅ For choux pastry:
Flour - 200 gr.
Butter - 100 gr.
Water - 180 gr.
Eggs - 5 pcs. (about 300 gr.)
Salt - 2 gr.
✅ Curd cream:
Cottage cheese - 400 gr.
Butter - 200 gr.
Condensed milk:
in butter - 90 gr.
in cottage cheese - 70 gr.
Vanillin - 1.5 gr.

1. After we have prepared the choux pastry, we proceed to bake the cakes. Put the dough into the bag and cut off the tip (if you have a special pastry bag, use it).

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and squeeze the dough out of a bag the size of a large walnut at a distance of 4 cm. apart. The dough will expand well.

We moisten our fingers in water (this way the dough will not stick to our hands) and form the dough into a ball.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for 15 minutes, then reduce to 180 degrees and cook for another 15 minutes.
