I consider it necessary to clarify that the result of the spouse has been achieved even taking into account the approximate calculation of the lunch that the employer feeds to his employees and, without exception, favorite products. Simply put - the husband has everything that he loves, but within the framework of the KBZHU.
And by tradition, I will show my menu as an example of a diet based on the calculation of KBZHU.
βI am citing my menu only as an example of nutrition based on KBZHU counting, since the calorie rate is individual and each of us has our own, as well as the calorie deficit.

For breakfast today I wanted a cheese cake and coffee with milk (50 g).
Today I prepared a flat cake from: 30 g of sour cream 15%, 25 g of whole grain rice flour, 35 g of suluguni and 1 chicken egg.
Breakfast learned from 410 kcal.
Snack on fruit: 280 g of pear and 150 g of orange - 175 kcal
For lunch, 200 g of hedgehogs with rice and minced chicken-pork (50/50) and 200 g of stewed Peking cabbage turned out to be almost stuffed cabbage on a plateπ€£. And a slice (20 g) of whole grain bread with pickled cucumbers (50 g) - I dreamed about them all week.
Lunch at 380 kcal.
I thought that I hadnβt twisted my homemade shawarma for a long time. I love her myself. And that means to be for shawarma dinner. Lots of vegetables (tomato, lettuce, carrots in a loin) baked chicken thigh and pita bread. As a sauce, I used yogurt mixed with mustard and garlic.
Shawarma turned out to be 490 kcal.
And during the day I ate 15 g of nuts - 100 kcal.
My day came out 1555 kcal. B - 80, F - 68, U - 160.
Drinking regimen, skin care and regular exercise will only help!
