For cooking you will need:

Cottage cheese - 400 gr.
Butter - 200 gr.
Condensed milk:
in butter - 90 gr.
in cottage cheese - 70 gr.
Vanillin - 1.5 gr.

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

1. Beat the softened butter with a mixer for 2 minutes. Then add condensed milk (90 g) and beat for 1 minute.

2. Let's take care of the cottage cheese - crush it through a sieve, so the cottage cheese becomes very tender and you get a very tasty cream!

3. Add vanilla to the curd, 70 gr. condensed milk, beat with a mixer for 2 minutes.

4. Add the whipped butter to the curd mass and beat for 1 minute.

That's it, the cream is ready! You can use it as a cream for cake, pastries, eclairs and for any other baked goods as a filling. This cream keeps its shape very well!
